Equipment Function:
The heat alarm & detector test tunnel is used to test directional dependence, static response temperature, response times test for fire alarm and detector.
The equipment meets the requirements of GB4716, EN 54-5, BS 5446-2 and ISO standards.
The standard test tunnel is composed of tunnel, heater, Chiller, temperature control system, computer etc. According to the requirements of standard specifications and parameters, we use fast response thermocouples and advanced PID controller to attain the heating rate of 0.2 ℃/min, 1 ℃/min, 3 ℃/min, 5 ℃/min, 10 ℃/min, 20 ℃/min and 30 ℃/min as standard required.
The maximum temperature is up to 160 ℃. During the test, the temperature will be controlled at + / – 2 ℃.
The specially developed Zomtest heat test tunnel software can automatically control the test process, record the temperature curve and record the alarm response time.
