GAS alarm calibration chamber

Equipment Function：

The equipment provides a sealed stainless steel test box, which can accommodate about 200 gas alarms.

It can quantitatively inject high-concentration target gases through the controller to form the required concentration of measuring gas in the box, which can be used for bulk calibration or batch detection of carbon monoxide and flammable gas alarms.

The box is equipped with an air circulation fan, which makes the test gas diffuse quickly, achieves uniform and stable test gas, and avoids the adverse impact of high-concentration gas on the shock alarm. The air intake and exhaust ports and exhaust fans are equipped at the top of the box. The air intake and exhaust ports are controlled by solenoid valves respectively. After opening the solenoid valve and starting the exhaust fan to exclude the test gas in the box, you can open the box door to replace the gas alarm.

The movable sample rack is used to install the sample, and the aging sample can be directly pushed into the calibration test box, saving disassembly time.
