Gas alarm calibration test box

Equipment Functions:

The device provides a sealed test box, which can hold about 100 methane gas alarms. The controller can inject high concentration of methane gas into the box to form the required concentration of test methane gas. It can be used for batch calibration or batch detection of methane gas alarms.  An air circulating fan is installed in the box body to make the methane gas spread quickly to achieve uniform and stable methane gas and avoid the adverse effects of high concentration of methane gas on the alarm.  Air inlet and exhaust port and exhaust fan are respectively controlled by solenoid valve. After opening the solenoid valve and starting the exhaust fan to remove methane gas in the box, the door of the box can be opened to replace the methane gas alarm.
